Timebanks way too long OFC

I would likely to see these greatly reduced. Every street is given way too much time. Certainly long enough that people, in theory, could plug hands into a solver, both on every individual street but especially when in fantasy land. Every new hand resets the timebank currently, which is absurd.

I’ve become very skeptical about a couple different players who set their hands poorly but never make a mistake in fantasy land, even with jokers.
