Remove HU tables

HU tables generate too little rake: bots and top players dominate them, quickly destroying recreational players. Professionals won’t play against each other.

Additionally, the lobby looks bad —recreational players struggle to find a table, and they won’t open an empty one.

The only ones benefiting from HU tables are a few top players and bots; they don’t even create the appearance of traffic.
