Bring-In in Stud games

Remove the option to choose between Bring-In or Complete in Stud cash games (but not in tournaments!). In almost 100% of cases, players choose the Bring-In anyway, so I believe this option should be removed, and the Bring-In should be placed automatically. This will speed up the game.
