Booting players at mixed game tables that sit out for certain games

I’ve been seeing players here and there that are sitting out and actively avoiding specific games in the mixed games. This is just bad for the game. I guess this ties into the players in a long sit-out situation. There needs to be some system that kicks players after a certain amount of hands or time. For the sake of mixed games that time should be cumulative over the course of an hour.

Like it even just interferes with people who are on the waitlist trying to get in. It sucks that they have to watch a person sit out for every omaha variant, when they could be playing instead.
