Better warnings when registering for a tournament

On multiple occasions the tournament has not auto popped up (browser mode) when I have been pre-registered. Only one time was a notified that it may be due to blocked popups. If popups are the issue, this should be much more clear, as I see this happen to many new users when they register and are sitting out for a while as they then have to find the lobby, and ‘take seat’ in order to open up the table.
