Bet/Raise Any button removed all buttons

It was not my turn to act, I selected the ‘Bet/Raise Any’ button which would have forced my opponent all in. My opponent bet, the sound of my raise happened, but the raise itself did not happen. My buttons disappeared and I timed out.
