Adjust Blind Structure in Mixed Games with NLSD

All NLSD games (e.g., NL27SD) in the current mixes are too cheap compared to other games. I suggest doubling the blinds for NLSD games in these mixes. If there is a CAP, it should be set to 20bb for these games instead of the previous 40bb.

This adjustment will make the blind structure more similar to the WSOP blind structure.
