Add tournaments hands to the "Hand History" page

Currently, you can download single hands from within the hand replayer while the tournament is ongoing (although sometimes this fails, which is annoying), but these histories don’t show up in your “Hand History” page for download later. This is a huge bummer and makes reviewing spots from tournaments very difficult.

Please create tournament hand history files, just as you do for cash game sessions. Thanks!
